Can I create a cut off time for customers to request visits?

LeashTime never prevents clients from requesting future visits.  However, you can specify a "last minute" interval in which clients will be warned that their requests may not be honored:

  1. Go to ADMIN > Preferences > Client User Interface
  2. Click Warn clients who schedule at the last minute
  3. Select "Yes"
  4. Specify the number of calendar days before the planned visit in which to show the warning
  5. Supply a warning (Click "refresh" to view the warning if it includes HTML tags).
  6. Click Save
