Nothing.  The actual times are stored with the visits, not the names or links to the time frames. 

So if you change "Morning" to mean "6:30 am-9:00 am", all visits previously set up using the Morning time frame will remain unchanged.  Likewise, if you change the label "Morning" to "Early AM", no visits will be affected.
