I changed a sitter's compensation but it is not showing up on the Payroll/Commission report correctly.

Sitter pay is calculated when the visits are scheduled or changed. To adjust the pay rate for visits already scheduled for a sitter, go to the the Pay tab of the sitter's profile, click on Apply New Rates (making sure that the popup blocker is off). Choose the date when the pay rate change should take effect, click Show visits, and then Apply Rates.
