Here’s a feature we added late last year without much fanfare that is available when you view the details of Schedule Requests that your clients submit. You may find it useful.

The “Send to Sitter” button in the Communicate box lets you send a description of this request, along with a cover note, to the sitter of your choice. You can use it to expedite the “Hey, are you interested?” dialog when you are looking to assign a schedule.
The new feature comes with an email template you can customize. Look for “Send Client Request to Sitter” in the “Other Templates” section of the Email Templates page.
Bonus expert tip: if you create another sitter email template with the token #REQUESTEDSCHEDULE# in the message body, you can use that as an alternative to the standard template. This lets you choose from among a menu of templates when passing a schedule on to a sitter.
